About Dr. Louie Oberman, PT/DPT – Founder, COO, CFO

Our CFO, COO, and Founder, Dr. Louie Oberman, brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. After earning her Physical Therapy degree in the Philippines, she relocated to the U.S. in 1990. In 2010, she was awarded a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College, Syracuse. With over 30 years of clinical experience across various healthcare settings, Dr. Oberman specializes in Geriatric Care and is certified in Wound Care, Kinesiotaping, ACP Patterned Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation, Craniosacral, and Myofascial techniques. Her extensive background includes managing complex orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular cases, as well as Dementia and other central nervous system disorders. She has successfully developed rehabilitation programs for multi-site facilities across CA, CO, KS, and MO, and has served as an educator for both peers and students, elevating clinical standards in the process.

Dr. Louie Oberman, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 30 years of extensive clinical experience, is the visionary behind Compassionate Home Health LTD. Her journey in healthcare began developing large-scale rehabilitation programs and quickly expanded into working as an independent contractor, working alongside various home health agencies. Throughout her career, Dr. Louie has specialized in building and leading multisite Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and Independent Living Facilities (ILF).

Driven by a deep passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care, Dr. Louie recognized the growing need for compassionate, home-based healthcare services. Drawing from her years of experience managing diverse rehabilitation working closely multidisciplinary team of clinicians, doctors and care facilities, she founded Compassionate Home Health LTD. Her goal was simple yet powerful: to bring expert, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes, where they feel most secure and supported.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Dr. Louie is responsible for overseeing the company’s clinical and administrative operations, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, while fostering a culture of compassion and professionalism. Under her leadership, Compassionate Home Health has become synonymous with excellence in home healthcare.

Rounding out our leadership is Maricar Venegas, our CEO, President, and Co-Founder. She has a deep commitment to enhancing patient quality of life. With extensive experience in client-centered care, she consistently delivers compassionate support, helping individuals achieve improved health and a high standard of living.

Lhakpa Sherpa, RN – Director of Patient Care Services / Quality Assurance Reviewer

Lhakpa Sherpa is an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse, currently serving as the Director of Patient Care Services and Quality Assurance Reviewer at Compassionate Home Health LTD. With a strong background in clinical care, Lhakpa oversees the coordination of patient care services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained across all healthcare practices.

In her role, Lhakpa is responsible for assessing patient care plans, monitoring patient outcomes, and collaborating closely with healthcare teams to improve processes. She applies her comprehensive knowledge of clinical procedures, wound management, and patient assessments to foster an environment where patients receive compassionate and personalized care.

Her extensive experience includes managing clinical teams, reviewing and enhancing care protocols, and ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Lhakpa is committed to continuous improvement, regularly evaluating the quality of care provided and implementing strategies to optimize health outcomes for patients.

Fatemeh Poorzadehhosseini, RN DPCS Designee, Quality Assurance Reviewer

Director of Patient Care Services Designee | Quality Assurance Reviewer | Registered Nurse | Medical Doctor (International)

Fatemeh Poorzadehhosseini is a highly dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a unique dual background as both a Registered Nurse and a Medical Doctor, holding a Doctorate in Medicine from Afzalipoor University in Kerman, Iran (2010). With over a decade of experience in diverse clinical settings, Fatemeh brings a wealth of medical knowledge and hands-on patient care expertise to her current roles as Director of Patient Care Services Designee and Quality Assurance Reviewer.

Fatemeh currently serves patients directly in the field, providing high-quality skilled nursing care with an emphasis on clinical excellence, patient safety, and holistic well-being. She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure each patient receives an individualized care plan aligned with evidence-based guidelines and CMS standards.

In her QA role, she meticulously reviews clinical documentation, monitors compliance, and guides the clinical team to uphold the highest standards of home health care. Fatemeh is known for her sharp clinical judgment, attention to detail, and her passion for continuous quality improvement.
